Wombat Warrior

Common Wombats look cute but can be dangerous.
Wombats stack their cubic poo as high as they can as territorial markers.
Wombats' bottoms are really hard so they can block up their burrows and defend themselves from attack.
Wombats often get run over by cars and also are affected by a skin disease called mange. To find out how to protect Tasmanian wildlife while driving, visit roadkilltas.com.au.
The donation from this Wildlife Wizards badge goes to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, who help rescue and look after Wombats who have been injured, or are sick.
